Summary
👤
SeniorMatt Kuznicki is an engineering leader and product strategist with two decades of experience building PDF and digital document technologies, now managing Adobe’s PDF display and processing components for mobile and web. He combines hands-on engineering roots—porting large C/C++ codebases to numerous OSes—with executive experience as CTO, CPO and VP scaling teams, processes and revenue. A longtime PDF standards contributor and former Chairman of the PDF Association, he is a recognized industry speaker and writer who translates technical complexity into practical product value. He also co-founded a startup applying engineered zeolite substrates to improve high-value plant yields, reflecting an unconventional mix of technical depth and entrepreneurial curiosity. With an MBA from Chicago Booth and dual undergraduate degrees in computer science and creative writing, he’s as comfortable with strategy, docs and customer advocacy as he is with code and cross-functional delivery.
