Top SchoolMatthew Grigajtis is a Lead Software Engineer based in Melbourne, Florida, with over a decade of focused professional experience and more than 20 years designing systems meant to be highly reliable. He blends hands-on engineering and leadership as a co-founder and lead engineer at Arch Software Development while also leading efforts at Comlabs Government Systems, bringing product-minded pragmatism to mission-critical environments. His background spans distributed database infrastructure, healthcare software, and systems engineering, giving him a strong track record of building resilient back-end systems that “don’t get to fail.” Outside work he balances raising a family and an active outdoor life, which informs a pragmatic, durability-first approach to engineering and team culture. A BS in IT with an economics minor and early roots in web and systems roles underscore his broad technical foundation and operational perspective. He’s the kind of engineer who pairs deep institutional knowledge with entrepreneurial drive to tackle long-lived, high-stakes software challenges.
