Top SchoolMatthias Wiora is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with over a decade of experience translating advanced materials and manufacturing research into scalable digital and operational solutions. As Head of Digital & Operational Technology and Chief Digital Officer Operations at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, he has progressed from technical innovation roles to leading digital manufacturing and operations transformation. His background spans academic research in nanotechnology and materials science (Dr.-Ing.) to hands-on product development and a managing-director stint in a synthetic diamond coatings JV, giving him rare depth across R&D, IP, and industrialization. Trained also as a patent engineer and with an executive M.Sc. in innovation management, he combines technical rigor with commercial and legal insight to de-risk technology delivery.
