Top SchoolMauricio Villa is a bilingual full-stack developer and educator with 9 years of experience combining software development, teaching, and technical translation. Currently a Desarrollador Informático at Identyz, he previously built tooling as Lead Developer at DTwitter and taught web development topics (Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, databases, HTML/CSS) at Le Wagon across teacher and TA roles. His background in English pedagogy has driven diverse translation projects—from enterprise catalogs and app localization to interpreting at international events—bringing rare strength in cross-cultural product communication. Comfortable shipping end-to-end features and localizing UX, he bridges technical implementation with clear user-facing language, which helped him translate and adapt the Jellycuts coding app for Spanish learners. Based in Hualpén, Chile, he blends classroom experience with practical engineering to make software accessible to broader audiences.
