Senior🎓
Top SchoolMauro Mozzarelli is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer and TOGAF-certified Solutions Architect with a 35+ year IT career spanning eCommerce startups, finance, shipping, pharmaceuticals and government. He has led architecture and transformation programmes at American Express—shaping global FX and Loyalty platforms—and delivered high-impact solutions from Pay With Points to international payments roadmaps. Comfortable across Java/JEE, microservices, REST/JSON, Oracle and Linux, Mauro blends hands-on engineering with strategic vision and a track record of launching award-winning products on tight schedules. Experienced in international assignments and bilingual in Italian and English, he is as effective mentoring teams as he is defining enterprise standards like SSO and J2EE. Less obvious: he began by building critical production automation systems and networks in the 1990s, giving him a pragmatic appreciation for operations that still informs his architectural decisions today.
