Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax Vit is a seasoned IT and operations leader with 17 years of experience delivering high-performance hardware and service programs across manufacturing, networking, and government research sectors. As a hands-on Program Manager at Arista Networks, he coordinates cross-functional teams from HW to compliance to bring ultra-low latency networking products from concept to mass production. He has a strong track record in M&A due diligence and integration, having led operations through Metamako’s acquisition and the NICTA–CSIRO merger, and he routinely aligns IT strategy with business outcomes while driving cost savings and service consolidation. Max is known for building inclusive, flat-structure teams that transform support into an enabling culture and for mentoring future leaders as part of succession planning. He blends deep operational rigor—ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, DR/BCP—with a pragmatic, vendor-agnostic consulting mindset from his 3POV advisory work. Based in Sydney with a mechanical engineering background, he brings a rare combination of manufacturing floor experience and enterprise IT strategy.
