Top SchoolMaxim Dietz is a NYC-based software engineer with 8 years of experience designing secure, reliable infrastructure and full-stack applications. He specializes in identity and access engineering, infrastructure reliability, and application architecture, working across Go, TypeScript, Ruby, C, Python, and Elixir. Maxim focuses on turning complex, high-stakes problems into maintainable systems that scale, blending hands-on coding with security-first design. An open-source and cybersec enthusiast comfortable on Linux and BSD, he enjoys building web tooling and contributing practical fixes rather than theoretical abstractions. Outside work he’s an avid climber and hiker who also collects thrift-store finds and devours classic sci-fi and dystopian novels. He’s always open to trading ideas and tackling interesting technical challenges.
