Top SchoolMaxim Fedchishin is a Senior Software Engineer and DevOps leader with over a decade of hands-on experience driving cloud transformations, automation, and large-scale infrastructure projects for companies like NVIDIA, Turo, Zillow, and Palo Alto Networks. He founded and scaled a DevOps consulting agency, delivering Terraform-driven IaC, multi-cloud Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) architectures, and compliance-ready solutions (HIPAA, SOC2, PCI) while mentoring teams and building repeatable engineering patterns. Known for pragmatic cost-optimizations and migrations—such as multi-hundred-thousand-dollar AWS savings and EC2→EKS platform moves—he blends deep HPC/GPU automation expertise with practical CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD, Flux, GitHub Actions). Based in San Francisco, Maxim pairs naval cybersecurity training with entrepreneurial grit, often taking on the messy work of consolidating monitoring, secrets, and networking across hybrid clouds.
