Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaxim Geerinck is an Engineering Manager with 13 years of experience building and scaling full-stack, cloud-native platforms across art, publishing, gaming and blockchain. He has led technical teams and built core infrastructure as CTO at Refinable—designing an EVM+Solana-compatible NFT platform, CI/CD monorepos, Pulumi IaC, and sub-200ms services—while also consulting as a full-stack engineer and co-founding a data-driven A/B testing startup. Now at Phantom he blends hands-on engineering with people leadership, hiring and growing distributed teams and codifying delivery practices like MOB sessions, testing guidelines and WIP limits. He combines deep systems and web expertise (microservices, serverless, Playwright/Cypress, Solidity) with a product-minded approach to launchable features. Outside work he keeps creativity alive by playing saxophone, a small hint at his taste for disciplined practice and improvisation.
