Top SchoolMaysara Hammouda is Co-Founder and CTO of Predictiva, a UK-based FinTech startup that turns cutting-edge deep reinforcement learning into practical financial intelligence through the cloud-native platform Investiva. With an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh and nine years of engineering experience spanning industrial control systems and AI research, he bridges rigorous academic methods and production-grade systems. He cut his teeth on large engineering projects at Yokogawa—designing complex DCS/SCADA installations—and later applied that systems mindset to distributed deep learning work with an Amazon-supported MSc project on gradient compression. An active trader, he couples domain expertise in markets with ML to create predictive analytics products for asset management. Colleagues describe him as the kind of technical founder who moves fluidly between low-level system reliability and high-level algorithm design.
