Senior🎓
Top SchoolMelle Kuipers is a pragmatic Scrum Master and former front-end developer with 10 years of experience blending agile delivery, UX-minded engineering and IT consulting across finance, retail and public sector projects. Currently serving Scrum roles at Rabobank and Sogeti while running TchMnds, he pairs enterprise coaching with hands-on product work—especially in web and iOS front-end contexts. His background ranges from building blockchain-enabled supply-chain frontends to leading RPA scrum teams at Jumbo, giving him a rare mix of automation, UX and stakeholder-alignment skills. A former freelance digital designer and founder, he brings a designer’s eye to technical solutions and an ability to translate complex tech into clear business value. Based in Rotterdam, Melle is equally comfortable facilitating distributed teams as he is prototyping web apps or advising on AI-driven content strategies.
