Top SchoolMerritt Blanks is a founder and full-stack software engineer based in Denver with nine years of hands-on experience building products across startups and small businesses. He moves fluidly between launching companies (Anadro, Mona Movers) and shipping production software roles at firms like Ready.net and Soiltech Wireless, demonstrating both entrepreneurial grit and pragmatic engineering. Trained through a rigorous General Assembly immersive, he’s comfortable across front-end and back-end stacks and deployment tooling, and has repeatedly stepped into senior engineering responsibilities in short, impact-focused engagements. Merritt’s career shows a pattern of rapidly taking ownership—founding two companies and accelerating product delivery in multiple roles—suggesting he thrives in early-stage, high-responsibility environments. Based in Colorado’s Front Range, he blends customer-facing operational experience from running a moving company with deep technical execution, giving him an uncommon appreciation for solving real-world problems end-to-end.
