Top SchoolMichael Green is a Senior Director in Program Operations with 11+ years of experience turning media engineering challenges into measurable operational wins. He builds and scales global media quality and archive functions by bridging technical teams, vendors, and executives to reduce error rates, drive cost efficiency, and future-proof legacy workflows with cloud and automation. At Warner Bros. he led a consolidated Media QA program and vendor insourcing that doubled first-year savings versus projections, and previously drove archive roadmaps, Dolby Vision/Atmos review bays, and large-scale content migrations. Comfortable translating dense technical details into executive-ready strategy, he blends hands-on media engineering roots (assistant editor through flame/finish roles) with data-driven governance and cross-regional team design. Based in Burbank, he’s as much a programmer and creator at heart as an operations leader, known for pragmatic process optimization across US, LATAM, and India hubs.
