Top SchoolMichael Tharpe is a senior solutions architect with two decades of hands-on experience designing and operationalizing large-scale infrastructure, automation, and cloud solutions from startups to enterprise at companies like Salesforce and HashiCorp. He combines deep operational expertise in Linux, virtualization, Chef, Terraform, and Vault with a proven track record in technical sales and partner enablement—doubling global partner adoption while launching programs like the AWS ISV Ambassador initiative. Michael excels at turning potential into performance by building people-first teams, codifying infrastructure as code, and creating repeatable CI/CD and image pipelines that drive zero-touch deployments and high availability. Comfortable bridging pre-sales, architecture, and delivery, he’s delivered HIPAA-compliant healthcare platforms, multi-datacenter automation at global scale, and large VMware/AWS migrations. Based in Indianapolis, he brings a pragmatic, security-minded approach to cloud strategy and partner GTM that consistently translates into measurable revenue and operational improvements. An early career background in startup IT leadership gives him a rare mix of hands-on systems depth and go-to-market savvy.
