Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMichael Watts is a seasoned technology leader and current CTO with over 16 years of hands-on engineering experience and more than 20 years shaping consumer and enterprise web and mobile products. He has driven technical strategy and delivery at companies from startups to large enterprises, including leading Seller Brand at Square and scaling Cisco’s Tetration Analytics from prototype to GA as Principal Software Engineer. His background includes product-focused roles at Strava and Scribd where he blended domain expertise (notably cycling features at Strava) with systems thinking to ship impactful features. Based in California, he pairs a dual M.S./B.S. in Computer Science from Cal Poly with a track record of mentoring teams and translating complex requirements into operational platforms. Michael’s career shows a consistent pattern of moving between deep technical execution and strategic leadership, and he brings a practical bias for production-grade systems that support long-term product missions. Currently at Eternal, he’s applying that blend to longevity and athlete-focused health technology.
