Top SchoolMichal Májský is a Group CTO with 13 years of experience building and scaling SaaS products, engineering teams and AI-first technology organizations across Europe and Asia. At Digismoothie he oversees tech, product and engineering for a portfolio serving 17,000+ merchants, driving 35%+ YoY growth while scaling an international team and decoupling monoliths for performance and reliability. He led a strategic PaaS→IaaS migration that cut infrastructure costs by 60% and introduced AI across the SDLC—enabling AI-assisted development and product features using tools like Claude, Cursor and CodeRabbit. A hands-on systems architect and former startup founder, he co-founded ClimbLife (≈70% market penetration in Czech gyms) and brings product-first instincts from 0→1 through scaling phases. Comfortable negotiating enterprise agreements and structuring remote organizations, he excels at aligning engineering execution with business strategy and budgeting. Beyond standard CTO duties, he combines deep backend experience (Python/Django, AWS) with practical AI integration to turn data and tooling into measurable business impact.
