Top SchoolMichel Araujo is a Technical Lead and senior full-stack engineer based in São Paulo with over 10 years building high-performance, scalable web applications. He has led and shipped major features at Catho—like a Next.js SEO-first job search and a single-page resume editor—while championing CI/CD, testing, functional patterns, and AWS-driven deployments. Comfortable across JavaScript/Node.js and PHP (5–7), he combines hands-on coding with team leadership in agile environments, code review culture, and performance optimization. Earlier roles at Climatempo and Folha de S.Paulo honed his API and architecture skills and led to creating an internal PHP/JS framework to accelerate development. A Linux enthusiast who values the broader computer science culture, he brings pragmatic engineering with a focus on developer productivity and measurable impact.
