Top SchoolMichel Löhr is an automation and agile leadership expert with over 18 years of experience in agile project management, coaching, and software delivery across automotive, telecom, and enterprise IT. Currently leading Automation at Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions, he designs and scales AI‑supported workflows, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and an Automation CoE to accelerate digital efficiency across value streams. His background includes driving paradigm shifts in lean/agile thinking at Volkswagen Group IT Solutions and earlier roles coaching large distributed Scrum and Kanban teams at Bosch, Deutsche Telekom and others. Known for blending hands‑on technical understanding (from early SCM and consulting roles) with systems thinking, he focuses on sustainable capability building rather than “agile theater.” He brings a rare combination of enterprise change leadership and technical depth rooted in a Master’s in Computer Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
