Top SchoolMichele Sordo is a management consultant and founder with 11 years' experience helping companies navigate digital transformation, ERP change and data-driven performance management. Trained first as a software developer and then in finance and an MBA, he bridges the technical-business gap—translating engineering constraints into strategic decisions for SMEs and multinational clients. He has led CPM, S&OP and BI initiatives at KPMG and EY and now runs Fenneck Consulting to deliver tailored, rapid solutions without the overhead of large firms. Michele pairs hands-on automation and data work (Python, PowerBI, SQL) with process design and PMO discipline, and in his spare time pursues photography and music—an outlook he leverages to bring creative problem-solving to complex transformation projects.
