Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMickael Alibert is a seasoned System Engineer and SRE with 11 years of experience building and operating resilient cloud-native platforms from Nantes, France. He has led SRE teams for public and private SaaS products, driving large migrations to Kubernetes, Istio service mesh, and container-first deployments while automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible and GitLab CI/CD. At Pix and RCA he scaled data and production platforms, introduced observability with Prometheus/Grafana and Datadog, and developed internal tooling (including a Go app for bare-metal Kubernetes deployments) to streamline operations. Comfortable across networking, databases, message systems (Kafka) and ELK stacks, he pairs hands-on engineering with team coaching and operational documentation. Known for pragmatic security and availability work—such as Anti-DDOS measures and high-availability networking—he brings a practical, operator-first approach to complex distributed systems.
