Senior🎓
Top SchoolMickaël Palma is a seasoned technical leader and founder based in Faro, Portugal, with nine years of senior experience orchestrating engineering teams and shaping technical strategy. He has led large-scale transformations—from migrating legacy APIs to REST, implementing AWS/CI/CD/security standards, to adopting Scrum and P&T organizations—while managing teams of 40+ and multiple product lines. As CTO and Technical Tribe Manager he built incident management, NIST-based security programs, GDPR compliance, tech roadmaps and budgeting practices that balanced speed with reliability. He prefers getting things right the first time, champions KISS and SOLID principles, and runs hands-on workshops (event storming, performance, quality) to align engineering with product outcomes. An entrepreneur at heart, he now runs MP Consulting after a track record of scaling APIs to serve millions of daily requests and hiring and mentoring distributed developer teams. Beyond the CV, he blends technical rigor with people-first leadership, turning complex refactors and integrations into repeatable, team-driven processes.
