Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMieszko Syty is a Lead Frontend Engineer with 9 years of experience blending product-grade front-end architecture, UI/UX design and AI/ML to deliver fintech, news and private banking applications at scale. He leads cross-functional teams from requirements to deployment, crafts technical roadmaps and mentors engineers while keeping a designer’s eye for user flow and visual polish. Comfortable in React/ES6, PWAs, monorepos and CI/CD, he also applies Python, NLP and ML to practical business problems like UGC moderation and decision-support tools. As founder of a boutique studio, he pairs client-facing branding and UX work with modern web engineering, which gives him an uncommon ability to translate brand and stakeholder needs into technical specs. Based in Warsaw, he is equally at home sketching user journeys as he is optimizing performance and deployment for production-critical financial products.
