Top SchoolMiguel Teixidó is a Technical Lead with 13 years of experience building and scaling product and engineering teams across startups and multinational companies, currently based in Singapore. He has led greenfield and brownfield initiatives end-to-end—choosing stacks, architecting for growth, and establishing maintenance flywheels and Agile practices that consistently drove engagement and platform scale. Notable outcomes include enabling Kasaz to grow from 100 listings to 80K+ and helping abillion achieve 20x inventory and 2x users while supporting a $10M Series A. He blends hands-on full-stack engineering with people leadership—hiring, onboarding and mentoring teams up to 16 engineers—and brings strong domain experience in marketplaces, media ingest pipelines, fintech and healthcare lab systems. Proficient in English and Spanish and learning Mandarin, he pairs a pragmatic, data-informed approach with a track record of introducing engineering discipline (CI/CD, QA, A/B testing, RCA) that reduces tech debt while accelerating delivery.
