Senior🎓
Top SchoolMikael Carrara is a Frontend Developer and product designer with 13+ years designing scalable product systems at the intersection of design, engineering, and AI. He has led UX, UI, and front-end delivery for remote and international teams—from Brazilian startups and agencies to Erlang Solutions—helping shape developer tools, B2B SaaS, and complex technical interfaces before complexity becomes friction. Mikael favors system thinking and architecture-aware design, treating design systems as product architecture and working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams. His track record includes early experimentation with visual search and adaptive, ML-powered personalization years before those trends mainstreamed, demonstrating a knack for forecasting product directions. Comfortable shipping production code and design in tandem, he bridges human-centered AI experiences with pragmatic front-end execution. Based in Paraná, Brazil, he brings a long-term scalability mindset rather than short-term delivery compromises.
