Senior🎓
Top SchoolMikael Stalvik is a delivery lead and technical architect with over a decade of hands-on experience building end-to-end systems—from low-level performance-optimized components and real-time radar tooling to large-scale .NET backends, cross-platform mobile apps and polished UX. As co-founder and longtime lead developer of Imploded Software, he architects and ships Helium Music Manager and companion mobile apps, combining product ownership with deep technical craftsmanship. At Decerno he now drives delivery and architecture for enterprise customers like Volvo Cars, blending Azure, .NET, TypeScript/React frontends and infrastructure-as-code practices. Known for calm, structured leadership, Mikael emphasizes TDD, automated testing and pragmatic performance optimization across the stack. He pairs curiosity for new platforms with a rare breadth of domain experience—including game, real-time and financial systems—making him effective in both startup and corporate environments.
