Top SchoolMike Couturier is a senior full-stack software engineer based in Montreal with nearly 20 years in the industry and 13 years of hands-on professional experience. He specializes in Go and modern cloud-native tooling while retaining deep front-end expertise from roles leading UI rewrites and fast-paced startup product teams. Mike has delivered turnkey infrastructure and application solutions for startups and enterprises alike, spanning automated cloud provisioning, HAProxy/Redis/Postgres stacks, and React frontends. His career includes senior engineering and architecture roles at Nesto, Bee Software, Cossette and iWeb, where he combined TDD, CI practices and Linux-based deployments to improve reliability and delivery cadence. Known for pragmatic problem solving, he often bridges operations and development to accelerate shipping rather than just designing ideal systems. Outside of day-to-day work he consults independently, helping early-stage companies move from prototype to production.
