Summary
👤
SeniorMike Girard is an engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building and securing web applications, currently driving development at BlitzMetrics. He brings deep practical knowledge across PHP/MySQL and Symfony as well as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Linux/Apache administration, and ad-tech integrations for Facebook, Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Obsessed with web technology and security, he runs his own rackmount server "cloud" at home and prioritizes finding flaws early to harden systems. Comfortable across the full stack, he pairs pragmatic coding with operational know-how to deliver reliable production services. His background in advertising and marketing tech gives him a keen sense for measurable impact and optimization. Always curious, he treats new technologies as puzzles—seeking not just to build features but to understand and mitigate their inherent risks.
