Top SchoolMike Jones is a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Melbourne with over 20 years in tech and more than a decade in leadership, specializing in automating CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps transformations. He has led teams of up to a dozen engineers across large enterprises (AGL, Coles, Bunnings, Bupa) delivering containerized platforms, blue/green deployments, and cloud cost optimizations that saved millions. Comfortable across Terraform, Ansible, Azure services, Kubernetes, Databricks and a wide security and observability toolset, he blends hands-on implementation with change management and budget/accountability. Mike is an experienced agile coach and Scrum Master who resets struggling teams to deliver value quickly and introduces continuous improvement practices like Toyota Kata.
