Top SchoolMike Poirier is a DevOps Manager based in Victoria, BC with 11 years of experience building and operating cloud-native CI/CD platforms and automated infrastructure. He has progressed from hands-on infrastructure developer roles to leading CI/CD tooling at Phreesia, previously delivering SOC2-compliant, fully automated deployments and self-service operational guardrails for payments and healthcare platforms. Mike combines software development instincts with infrastructure-as-code discipline—dockerizing legacy apps, creating Jenkins pipelines, and maintaining monitoring stacks like Nagios and Sensu—to keep SaaS systems scalable and auditable.
