Top SchoolMikhail Davydov is a Principal Software Development Engineer and seasoned QA leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience and two decades of industry involvement in test architecture, automation, and platform engineering. He currently leads the Marquee Quality Assurance Engineering Platform at Goldman Sachs, where he architected scalable test orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD) and integrated UI, API, and performance frameworks to standardize testing across teams. Previously he grew and led SDET practices at InRhythm and EPAM, delivering large-scale automation suites, CI/CD pipelines, and coaching teams into production-ready engineers. Known for shipping results under tight constraints, he delivered a fixed-price, 3-month automation engagement for Ally Bank that secured follow-on business and converted contractors into full hires. Mikhail pairs deep technical breadth—Node/TypeScript, Playwright, WebDriverIO, Jest, Express, React, Postgres—with strategic platform ownership and stakeholder collaboration. Based in Rutherford, NJ, he brings a pragmatic, architect-first approach to embedding quality into complex enterprise systems.
