Senior🎓
Top SchoolMikhail Golovko is a seasoned iOS engineering leader with 10 years of experience building and scaling mobile teams and products across major Russian tech companies including Tinkoff, AVITO, Anytype and Rambler. He combines hands-on Swift/UIKit and SwiftUI development with platform-level initiatives—migration to Swift concurrency, SPM plugin development, and coordination of a Go-based cross-platform sync layer. As a team lead he’s driven CI self-hosting, Sentry-based monitoring, technical debt programs and performance engineering while planning multi-quarter roadmaps and launching complex features like multispaces, widgets and chats. Comfortable moving between individual contribution and organizational processes, he has repeatedly built and mentored iOS teams and introduced production-grade observability and release practices. Based in Russia, he pairs a master’s degree in IT with a pragmatic approach to shipping reliable user-facing services at scale.
