Senior🎓
Top SchoolMikhail Milikhin is a seasoned engineering leader with a decade of hands-on experience delivering high-availability web services and leading teams up to ten engineers. He specializes in front-end and WebGL-heavy projects—Three.js, Potree and React—with a strong track record migrating legacy stacks to SPA architectures while maintaining SLAs above 99.5%. Mikhail has led end-to-end products for semantic image and point-cloud labeling at scale, handling peak loads and rigorous test coverage practices that reduced hotfixes and improved maintainability. He combines academic rigor (Master’s in Computer Science) and research publication experience with practical delivery, having driven migrations from monoliths to microservices and designed analytics and reporting features that optimized labeling workflows. Based in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, he is equally comfortable estimating and pre-selling projects as he is designing platform architecture and mentoring junior engineers.
