Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMilind Purswani is a security engineer with a decade of hands-on experience in penetration testing, cloud security, and offensive research, currently focusing on protecting services at Amazon from his base in Irving, Texas. He blends enterprise experience at major tech firms like Snap, Adobe, and Linode with entrepreneurial instincts as co-founder of two infrastructure ventures, giving him both scale and product-minded perspectives on security. Milind holds a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and has applied that academic rigor as a teaching assistant and Synack Red Team member, bridging research, red-team methodologies, and real-world impact. Comfortable across cloud platforms and application layers, he has repeatedly transitioned between startup and hyperscale environments, enabling pragmatic, risk-focused remediation. Colleagues would note his uncommon combination of offensive tooling expertise and operator empathy—he thinks like an attacker but designs fixes that teams can actually deploy.
