Senior🎓
Top SchoolMykolaj Hryhoriev is a software engineering team lead and seasoned big data architect with around a decade of hands-on experience building and evolving large-scale data platforms, most recently leading teams at AppsFlyer. He combines deep backend and data engineering skills (Spark, Kafka, Delta/Iceberg, data mesh/lake migrations) with practical DevOps and cloud-native expertise to deliver reliable, cost-conscious systems and APIs. He has driven company-wide initiatives like data governance, lineage, and migration from Data Lake to Data Mesh while preserving uninterrupted service for consumers. A pragmatic leader, he splits business features into cross-team technical improvements, owns system reliability/security/costs, and mentors teams on delivery and velocity. Early work in embedded systems and ongoing hobbyist robotics reflect a low-level systems intuition that informs his architecture decisions.
