Top SchoolNagarajan Seshadri is an Enterprise Commerce Architect with 24+ years of hands-on experience modernizing, stabilizing, and migrating large-scale commerce platforms across monolithic ATG/Oracle Commerce and headless MACH stacks. He specializes in safe, phased ATG→commercetools/Kibo migrations, designing coexistence architectures that protect revenue and prevent replatforming failures while owning catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout and order domains. Comfortable as both a hands-on technical lead and an architect, he drives performance troubleshooting, complex third-party integrations (payments, tax, search, OMS) and go-live readiness for global retailers. His deep ATG pedigree (19+ years) plus recent API-first, event-driven commercetools work gives him rare expertise to bridge legacy and modern commerce without disruptive rip-and-replace. Known for pragmatic delivery rescue—reducing developer environment setup times, fixing memory leaks, and recovering failing implementations—he combines delivery discipline with technical depth. Based in Chennai, he brings proven remote leadership across North American and European retail programs.
