Singapore
Summary
👤
SeniorNatan Santolo is a product design leader with 15 years of experience and nearly a decade of unconventional leadership driving design-led innovation across startups and large platforms. As Director of Product Design at Affinidi and former Head of Product Design at AirAsia and SVP User Experience at Lazada, he blends strategic vision with hands-on interface craft to scale consumer-facing products across APAC. He has founded and advised companies, served on an academic advisory board, and repeatedly bridged research, engineering and business to deliver measurable outcomes. Comfortable shipping both design systems and pixel-level interactions, he started his career as a web designer/developer, giving him rare fluency across design and front-end implementation. Based in Singapore, he is a quietly prolific designer whose career shows a pattern of building teams and practices that survive rapid growth and complexity.
