Top SchoolNenad Lukic is an engineering manager with 11+ years building scalable web and API-driven systems across Go, Elixir, Node.js, PHP and Python, and hands-on experience with MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB and Redis. He has led and grown backend teams from zero to 20 engineers, run multi-region AWS deployments, and managed both in-house and external teams for high-availability platforms including the world’s largest CFD trading platform. Comfortable spanning full stack and infrastructure, he favors IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD and pragmatic microservices, and can quickly adopt new languages or frameworks (Rust, Elixir, React, lit) as projects demand. A frequent solo developer on freelance projects with code available on GitHub, he pairs strong technical oversight with recruiting, developer experience and enterprise customer-facing responsibilities. Based in Belgrade, he blends an architect’s mindset (BArch background) with deep operational experience delivering production systems at scale.
