Top SchoolNick Anisimov is a serial founder and product-driven entrepreneur with 11 years building customer-facing software for small businesses, from VR training platforms to his current onboarding startup, FirstHR. He designs simple, fast-to-deploy products—FirstHR lets teams set up compliant onboarding with e-signatures, training and AI checks in under 10 minutes—targeting 1–100 employee companies. Nick previously scaled a VR training company to $1M ARR and closed multi-million dollar contracts, and earlier grew a marketing network across 70 cities, demonstrating repeatable go-to-market and operational execution. Based in Saint Petersburg with economics and marketing studies from Université Grenoble Alpes and SPbSFE, he combines product intuition, sales chops and a bias for bootstrapped, pragmatic solutions. An unexpected strength: he repeatedly turns complex tech (VR, compliance automation) into tools anyone can use, prioritizing usability over bells and whistles.
