Top SchoolNicolas Crumrine is a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with a decade of experience building reliable web and mobile releases and currently driving QA automation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. He excels at replacing manual regression work with targeted automation—implementing Selenium in Python and exploring Playwright and Postman—to cut testing time and increase confidence in complex, multi-app products. At HeadlinerVideo he scaled QA for over a million users across web, widgets, and mobile, pairing data-driven analysis (Mixpanel, FullStory) with disciplined exploratory testing for AI-driven features. With a development background and hands-on React prototypes, he bridges engineering and product teams to speed root-cause analysis and reduce tech debt. Colleagues rely on him to advocate for quality from planning through release while continuously experimenting with new tools and processes.
