Senior🎓
Top SchoolNikolay Slabukha is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with nine years of formal experience building and scaling web and mobile products from early-stage startups to mature high-availability services. As Chief of Software Engineering at VoltBro and former CTO/co-founder across several ventures, he blends hands-on backend and frontend development with architecture for high-load systems and practical startup management (HR, team building, product delivery). He has repeatedly taken products from idea to revenue—founding agencies and launching consumer and B2B services like Mopoto, Videonow, MyCards and Excursiopedia—demonstrating both technical depth and commercial instincts. Comfortable working in Russian and English, he applies Agile/Scrum practices to ship reliable systems while mentoring teams and shaping engineering culture. An engineer who started by building revenue-generating web businesses, he uniquely combines product-first thinking with operational expertise in scaling resilient architectures.
