Top SchoolNoah Levenson is a technical lead and product-minded engineer with nine years designing resilient P2P systems and censorship‑circumvention infrastructure. Currently leading P2P search at Tether.io, he builds next‑generation decentralized indexing to keep data and control out of centralized silos. His background spans building high‑concurrency P2P proxies (Lantern), bot‑detection circumvention for AI agents, and protocol performance advising for decentralized storage (Arweave). Noah combines systems-level protocols (QUIC, WebRTC, DHTs, pBFT) with pragmatic product delivery—he once shipped a frame‑accurate video sync demo that drew a million users on a shoestring budget. He’s motivated by adversarial resilience and the belief that “everybody gets the internet they deserve,” bringing both policy-facing experience and hands‑on crypto/network engineering to privacy and decentralization challenges.
