Senior🎓
Top SchoolNoah Maughan is a senior software engineer and backend systems architect with nearly a decade of hands-on experience modernizing legacy .NET platforms and building Node.js microservices. At BTIS he has driven secure-by-default engineering—designing an OAuth2 authorization server, hardening microservices, leading incident response, and embedding DevSecOps practices across teams. He designed a dynamic microservice gateway, introduced distributed async batch processing and workflow orchestration with Netflix Conductor, and modularized code into reusable NPM/NuGet packages to boost developer productivity. Comfortable owning both architecture and gritty implementation details, he favors clean, maintainable systems and Docker-based CI/CD that reduce operational risk. Based in Rocklin, CA, he’s a self-taught problem solver who thrives where autonomy and deep systems thinking are valued.
