Top SchoolNur Haddad is a Palestinian senior software engineer and founding builder with five years of experience crafting full-stack web products that center people and access. At Apricot she helped launch an ATS and a job-posting platform that processed 400+ applications, improving recruitment outcomes for MENA talent while shaping product and operational workflows. Skilled across Next.js, Tailwind, backend engineering and UX, she pairs technical delivery with mentorship—she’s led coding cohorts with a 95% completion rate and measurable learning gains. Based in San Sebastián, Nur blends engineering with artistic practice—painting, music, and community-building—which informs her conviction that technology should amplify marginalized voices rather than neutralize them.
