Senior🎓
Top SchoolOleg Kozyrev is a seasoned Go engineer with about 10 years in software development and over 5–8 years focused on product and platform work in Go. He has driven platformization at scale—building a microservice template, CLI generator and shared libraries used across dozens of services—and led refactors that improved stability and time-to-market. Oleg combines backend systems experience (gRPC, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes) with hands-on legacy integrations from earlier C#/C++ projects, giving him a rare mix of embedded/interop and cloud-native expertise. He mentors and teaches Go professionally, turning trainees into hired junior developers, and currently applies this craft as a senior engineer at Avito. Colleagues benefit from his emphasis on test coverage, reproducible service scaffolding and pragmatic tooling that accelerates team delivery.
