Top SchoolOleg Kudrenko is a product-focused FinTech CTO and co-founder with over 20 years in IT and a decade specializing in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency systems. He excels at building high-performance cross-functional teams from scratch, routinely securing senior talent through networks without external recruitment costs. Technically hands-on, he defines architectures, enforces code quality, and has led platforms across Node.js, Go, Python, React and major cloud providers. Oleg navigated complex regulatory landscapes firsthand—leading the acquisition of Malta’s first crypto exchange license—and aligns engineering choices tightly with compliance needs. He supports C-level strategy, investor relations and board reporting while mentoring product and engineering teams to close gaps between design, research and delivery. Based in San Francisco, he combines startup pragmatism with enterprise-grade processes to ship regulated financial products.
