Top SchoolOleg Plakhotniuk is a versatile software developer with over two decades of programming experience and 12 years of professional practice, currently building systems at Susquehanna International Group. He holds a PhD in computer science and a deep technical pedigree spanning C++, Python and JavaScript across Windows, Linux and macOS, from low-level SIMD optimizations and game engine design to cloud deployment and CI/CD. His background blends game industry leadership—designing engines and a domain-specific Game Description Language—with hands-on DevOps and production web platforms that ran 24/7 for customers. Comfortable diving into both algorithmic and systems-level problems, he also publishes independent tools and projects that showcase a habit of turning research-level ideas into practical software.
