Senior🎓
Top SchoolOleksandr Khil is a Software Architect based in Warsaw with eight years of hands‑on experience building .NET and Azure‑centric platforms. He specializes in architecting microservice and event‑driven systems that prioritize resilience, deep observability, automated quality gates, and rapid iteration. Across roles from full‑stack engineer to lead and architect at Intellias, he has shaped engineering standards—domain modeling, API contracts, telemetry strategy, and performance budgets—to help teams deliver features quickly without sacrificing reliability. He also brings a practical product mindset from earlier work on cross‑platform mobile apps and Unity games, translating user needs into robust technical solutions. Comfortable both in code and in guiding architectural direction, he focuses on measurable outcomes like performance and operability rather than theoretical designs. Trained in systems and decision‑making, he combines formal methods thinking with pragmatic cloud engineering.
