Top SchoolOleksandr Varchenko is a Principal Solutions Architect with over 11 years of hands-on experience designing and modernizing complex heterogeneous systems, currently based in Kyiv and working for Cosmos-Hub. He is a pragmatic polyglot comfortable with the modern .NET web stack as well as Java and C++, and has led migrations, CI/CD and DevOps transformations across large government and enterprise projects. Oleksandr combines architecture and delivery: he has designed DSLs and in-house test automation tooling, implemented TeamCity-based CI/CD pipelines, and driven cross-platform build and deployment automation. A strong advocate of Agile, BDD and OOD, he focuses on patterns that boost team productivity and code quality while mentoring engineers through technical and process change. His background spans embedded firmware and hardware-integrated systems to cloud and virtualized infrastructures, reflecting a rare blend of low-level engineering and high-level system design. Colleagues describe him as curious, fun to work with, and relentless about improving both tools and team practices.
