Senior🎓
Top SchoolOleksii Lychak is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with 10+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, integration and functional testing, currently based in Tampa, FL. He has a strong track record of improving test efficiency—most notably shrinking a critical regression run from 8 to 2 hours to enable nightly builds and earlier defect detection. Comfortable across UI, API and data layers, he builds reusable automation frameworks and Postman/Newman CI suites, and has automated test data generation for complex insurance workflows in a Guidewire ecosystem. Oleksii pairs technical craft (Selenium, TestCafe, Cucumber, Git, Docker/CI concepts) with practical process improvements, including tooling that reduced bulk onboarding from hours to minutes. He routinely mentors junior engineers and leads knowledge-sharing sessions, helping teams onboard faster and standardize QA practices. Transitioning toward DevOps/SRE foundations, he brings a pragmatic QA-first perspective to cloud and CI/CD initiatives.
