Top SchoolOliver Reischl is a Senior Technical Artist based in Graz, Austria, with over two decades of professional experience and eight years focused on technical art and tooling. He blends high-end content creation—modeling, texturing, shading, rigging and UI work—with robust scripting and toolchain development in Python, C#, MAXScript and JavaScript to streamline pipelines across Blender, Maya, Unity and 3ds Max. Having led art direction for console titles and built virtual dataset generators and procedural tooling, he excels at making complex art workflows performant and automatable. He regularly mentors Blender users and consults on production-ready pipelines, bringing a rare combination of traditional art foundations and systems-minded engineering. An avid gamer since 1989, he leverages deep domain knowledge of games and AAA production to deliver both creative vision and practical technical solutions.
